Booking & Payment
Services must be scheduled through the designated booking system unless otherwise arranged by M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals. Prices, deposits, and payment requirements vary by service and will be provided at the time of booking. Required deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 12 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an individual appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to reschedule within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of payments or deposits and may require a new booking.

Healthcare training courses, group services, and special events may have separate cancellation and rescheduling requirements. Any service-specific terms provided during registration or booking will apply.

Late Arrivals
Clients are expected to arrive or log in on time. Late arrival may shorten the available service time or require rescheduling when there is insufficient time to appropriately complete the scheduled service or training requirements. Payments or deposits may be forfeited when a session cannot be completed due to late arrival.

Virtual Services
Clients receiving virtual services are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for participation. Technical difficulties on the client's end may reduce the available session time and do not automatically qualify for a refund or extension.

Professional & Academic Services
Educational, tutoring, resume, manuscript, and career-development services are intended to provide guidance, education, and professional support. M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals does not guarantee specific academic grades, examination results, employment, interviews, promotions, admissions decisions, or other outcomes.

Academic support services are intended to promote learning and development. M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals will not complete examinations, graded assignments, or other academic work on behalf of a student when doing so would violate academic integrity requirements.

CPR & BLS Training
Participants must meet all applicable course requirements to successfully complete CPR or BLS training and receive a course completion card. Registration or attendance alone does not guarantee successful course completion. Participants are responsible for completing any required online coursework before scheduled skills sessions and providing required documentation when applicable. Failure to complete prerequisites may require rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of applicable payments or fees.

Confidentiality & Privacy
Information provided to M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals will be used as reasonably necessary to provide, administer, and communicate about requested services. Clients should not submit protected health information, confidential employer information, passwords, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested and appropriate for the service being provided.

Intellectual Property
Educational materials, templates, resources, presentations, and other original materials provided by M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals are intended for the client's personal or authorized use. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Professional Conduct
M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, abusive conduct, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Services may be terminated when conduct interferes with a safe and professional learning or service environment. Refunds will not be provided when services are terminated due to serious client misconduct.

Agreement to Terms
By booking, purchasing, registering for, or participating in services provided by M.E.A.N.T. Nursing Professionals, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable Terms & Conditions and any service-specific requirements provided during booking.
